Your first grader will be bringing home a permission slip today for the pumpkin patch field trip next week. Please sign it and return as soon as possible.
We have been having fun this week with pumpkins. Yesterday, we made a pumpkin glyph. Today we had some volunteers in our classroom helping us explore pumpkins in small groups. We weighed, measured and estimated with pumpkins. We also saw the inside of a pumpkin and cleaned out he seeds. Here are some fun pictures!

How fun! I hope AJ can teach us all about pumpkins at home, that looked like alot of fun!
