Dear families,
How are you on this day? It felt like fall this morning, which was wonderful. We have begun our classroom jobs. Your first grader may have told you about it. They are very excited. I wanted to let you know a few important things.
1. I have purchased 2 Ipod Touches for the children to use for Listen to Reading (which is like a listening center). They will listen to stories. Please send your child with a set of earbuds (make sure they fit) in a baggie labeled with his/her name. This is what he/she will use in order to use the ipods.
2. The PTA would like one volunteer to be our room mom. You will be in charge of the classroom parties, and in charge of recruiting help for the parties. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks!
3. We are looking for one mom to volunteer to help with sight words on Thursdays. Please let me know as soon as possible on this as well.
